Hi, I'm Mike Pereira. After many years of carpentry and a few years in cabinet shops, In 1997 I answered an ad for a woodworker job. Turned out to be National Reso-Phonic Guitars ...as a guitar player that was a life changer! I've worked for them on and off ever since doing their wood mill work and running CNCs, which also envolved doing a lot of OEM work for some well known uke & guitar companies. In 2006 I quit to build ukuleles and a handful of guitars on my own. After doing that for about 7 years ...upon their request, I went back to work for them while still building my own instruments. Now I'm getting ready to retire from the "day Job" and just concentrate on building my own instruments once again. Yay!
